Plotke was the third plumbing service I interviewed to sell and install a new water heater. They had the best price and timely schedule. They were on time, efficient, competent and friendly.

Very positive experience addressing water flow and temperature control for showers in two bathrooms. Our technician, Steve, identified the correct cartridges needed from each manufacturer and replaced them without incident on a return visit. Very pleased with the service and the friendly professional approach by the technician.

Plotke Plumbing changed ownership since I last worked with them, the experience this month was abysmal compared to the previous ownership. I had a leak and my water had to be turned off. When the service man called for help at 4pm on a week day he could get none. I had to go with another plumbing company. I will never use Plotke again.
